Contact inquiries
The contact form prepares an email draft on your device. It does not submit your entries to a website database. If you choose to send the draft, the name, business email, company, area of interest and message you include are handled by your email provider and our business email service.
We use information you send to respond to your inquiry, discuss a potential engagement and maintain relevant business correspondence. Please provide only the information needed to explain your request.
Hosting and technical information
The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, requested pages and security logs to deliver and protect the website. Its own privacy terms also apply to that processing.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not include advertising trackers, marketing analytics or third-party font requests. The current implementation does not create application cookies or store contact form entries in browser storage.
Information sharing and location
Hosting and email service providers may process information on our behalf. Depending on the provider and service configuration, processing may take place outside Canada. We do not sell contact inquiry information.
Retention and your requests
Business correspondence is retained as needed for the inquiry, related engagements and applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have provided. We will assess your request and any applicable obligations before responding.
Keeping information appropriate
Do not send passwords, API keys, confidential SAP exports, candidate records or sensitive personal information through the initial contact channel. An appropriate method for sharing project materials should be agreed separately.
